Join Cheryl Albright as she recounts her experience in planning for her brother’s care, while helping you avoid the pitfalls and challenges she experienced in the transition from her parents care to her oversight.

Cheryl Albright has extensive experience in working with individuals with disabilities. With an older brother who has autism and an aunt with Down syndrome, she has been actively involved with the disability community since the age of 14. After graduating from East Carolina University, she pursued a career in occupational therapy and has been a licensed practitioner for over 20 years. Cheryl’s use of yoga in clinical practice began 13 years ago when she discovered Yoga for the Special Child®, and she has since incorporated the practice into her private practice, Soul To Soul Yoga. As her brother’s legal guardian and advocate, Cheryl is committed to the well-being of individuals with disabilities, and her expertise in occupational therapy and yoga makes her a valuable resource in this field.
