Loveland Introduces New Members to Administrative Team
By Patrick Guerin III, President and CEO
At Loveland Center, our mission has always driven us to ensure every individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities can dream big and thrive. With this guiding principle in mind, I’m delighted to introduce two vital leadership changes that will help guide Loveland into its next chapter of growth and impact.
Welcome Rebecca Eldredge as Chief Operating Officer
Rebecca first joined Loveland in the fall of 2020 and has since worn many hats, from philanthropy through programs, working closely with staff and participants to help deliver tailored, high-quality services. With over 15 years of experience leading nonprofits in arts, education, child welfare, and social services, she earned degrees from the University of Michigan and the Savannah College of Art and Design. Her deep passion for accessibility and talent for operational leadership make her the ideal fit to guide our daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Welcome Krystal Heater Witkowski, Chief Programs Officer
With 23 years of dedicated service in the I/DD field, Krystal began at Loveland in 2021 as intake coordinator and is now stepping into the role of Chief Programs Officer. Her extensive experience, passion for our mission, and unwavering dedication to participants and staff have already made her a valued member of our community.
As Loveland continues expanding programming and deepening our impact across multiple locations, it’s essential to have leadership that combines operational excellence with programmatic vision. Rebecca and Krystal bring complementary strengths.
Together, they will collaborate to reinforce our commitment to participant-centered services, support for staff, and fruitful partnerships throughout the community.
Our leadership team is stronger than ever. Stay tuned for exciting updates this year as we bring new initiatives to life under their leadership.
