This project will benefit our community through the creation of housing opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, seniors and the nonprofit work-force in our community. The first ever purposely built inclusive community, NDRC will provide low income housing for over 500 individuals when it is completed. With a mixture of housing options for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, seniors, and workforce housing, the Nancy Detert Residential Community is more than just a place to live.
